The Highwayman

Notorious highwayman Dick Turpin finds himself fleeing across the English countryside after inadvertently abducting the spirited daughter of the Earl of Pembroke, Elizabeth. As her betrothed, Winthroppe, sets out to pursue them, Elizabeth starts to develop feelings for the charming bandit. This leaves Turpin with no option but to confront Winthroppe in a battle for Elizabeth’s affection—and her wealth.
