Stargate SG-1

The narrative of Stargate SG-1 picks up roughly a year following the events of the original movie, as the U.S. government discovers that the ancient alien artifact known as the Stargate can connect to a vast network of similar devices scattered across numerous planets. SG-1, an elite special operations unit from the Air Force, is part of over twenty teams from Earth tasked with exploring the galaxy and protecting against extraterrestrial dangers like the Goa’uld, Replicators, and the Ori.
