“Restaurant: Impossible” is a reality TV show from the Food Network, co-produced by Marc Summers and Shooters TV. The show features British chef and restaurateur Robert Irvine and first aired on January 19, 2011.

In every episode, Chef Robert Irvine is tasked with the challenge of transforming a struggling restaurant within two days, all while working with a budget of $10,000. He is supported by HGTV designers such as Taniya Nayak, Vanessa De Leon, Krista Watterworth, Cheryl Torrenueva, Yvette Irene, Nicole Faccuito, or Lynn Keagan, along with general contractor Tom Bury. After identifying the issues plaguing the restaurant, Irvine typically devises a plan for new decor, supervises the cleaning process, streamlines the menu, enhances the food quality, organizes a promotional event, educates the restaurant owners, or trains the staff, depending on the specific needs of each establishment.

The format of the episode introductions has evolved over time. The sixth season of the series started airing in April 2013.
