Asta and Yuno, who were left at the same church as infants, have been inseparable ever since. As kids, they vowed to compete against each other to become the next Emperor Magus. However, as they matured, their differences became evident. Yuno displayed exceptional magical talent, showcasing remarkable power and control, whereas Asta was unable to use magic and compensated by focusing on physical training. At the age of 15, when they were given their Grimoires, Yuno received an extraordinary book adorned with a four-leaf clover, unlike the typical three-leaf clover most people get, while Asta received nothing. Yet, when Yuno faced danger, Asta’s true power emerged, and he acquired a five-leaf clover Grimoire, known as a “black clover.” Now, the two friends embark on their journey, both aiming for the same ambition!
