In this 2014 Japanese science fiction horror film, a high school student named Shinichi Izumi finds his life turned upside down when parasitic aliens invade Earth, taking over human bodies. One of these parasites fails to control Shinichi completely, resulting in a unique symbiotic relationship between him and the creature, which he names Migi. As they navigate a world where humans and parasites are at odds, Shinichi and Migi must work together to survive. The film stars Shota Sometani and Ai Hashimoto, and is directed by Takashi Yamazaki.
