In a quaint village in southern France, the community is struggling with an oppressive heatwave and a concerning water shortage. The intense conditions are particularly challenging for the farmers, whose crops are suffering from the lack of irrigation. This situation has led to growing frustration among the villagers, especially towards Joseph, a young man with intellectual disabilities, whose constant antics are increasingly seen as a nuisance in these trying times.
